Provider Healthcare Portal Training - Web-based training and instructor-led training on the NEW Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) Provider Healthcare Portal is now available! To take advantage of the many new features available on the Portal, providers and their designated representatives, known as delegates, need to learn how to use the new system.

PE Qualified Provider Training - Providers interested in becoming qualified providers (QPs) for Presumptive Eligibility (PE), Hospital Presumptive Eligibility (Hospital PE), or Presumptive Eligibility for Pregnant Women (PEPW) can complete an enrollment application and the required attestations online through Web interChange. After completing the application and attestations via Web interChange, providers can contact Hewlett Packard Enterprise Provider Relations to arrange training. See this page for more information and for PE training dates currently scheduled.

Workshop Registration - The workshop registration tool enables you to enroll in training classes. Class sizes are limited, so be sure to register early.

How to Access Virtual Training - Virtual training lets you take advantage of IHCP training from the convenience of your own office - all you need is a computer and telephone! Unless otherwise specified, follow the registration and log-in instructions on the How to Access Virtual Training page of this website.

Archived Workshop Presentations - Do you need a copy of a presentation from a previous workshop or the annual seminar? Look on the Archived Workshop Presentations page.
