utilize your benefits and reduce frustration. Here are a few
key tips in knowing who to call:
- If you are in a health plan, call your health plan for any
coverage or benefit questions.
- For pharmacy questions, please call the pharmacy customer
assistance line.
- If you are new to Medicaid and need assistance selecting a
doctor, call Maximus.
Before calling, please have your Medicaid member information
available including your Name, and Social Security Number or
Medicaid Recipient Identification (RID) number. If you are
calling on behalf of a dependent, please have their Social Security
Number or Medicaid Recipient Identification (RID) number. The
RID number can be found on the front of your Hoosier Health
Card.
