How to Stay Healthy
How do you stay healthy? Although the world is full of differing
opinions on the best way to stay fit and healthy a few of these are
accepted universally, by making small changes you can greatly
increase your chances of living a fit and active lifestyle and
being better able to combat disease/injury/illness when it
strikes.
Steps to staying or getting healthy
Eat healthy foods-Eating a
diet full of healthy vegetables and fruits with lean proteins is
the building block to any healthy lifestyle. Avoid processed foods
and don't fall into the fast food trap. A good tip is to prepare
food ahead of time and freeze for busy days on the go.
Exercise- Cardio and Weight lifting exercises
are both important to burn calories, maintain a healthy heart and
build muscle that increases metabolism.

Limit Alcohol Intake-Drink alcohol only in
moderation or not at all.
Drink plenty of water-6-8 glasses of water a
day is recommended
Take a daily vitamin- Today's busy lifestyles
sometimes makes eating healthy difficult, a daily vitamin will help
to supplement what our diets sometimes lack. Note: That a vitamin
is not a replacement for eating healthy foods.
