On November 4, 2011, the U.S. District Court for the Northern
District of Indiana issued a Preliminary Injunction enjoining the
agency from enforcing 405 IAC 5-14-1(b). Consequently, the monetary
cap of $1,000 for dental services has been removed in accordance
with the Court's Order, subject to all other requirements, pending
further order of the Court.
