Update - On June 24, 2011, a federal court issued a preliminary
injunction prohibiting a restriction on where you may receive
family planning services until further order of the court. As
a result, the notice listed on May 10, 2011
is no longer in effect. Once again this does not impact what
services you can receive and there is no change to your benefit. If
you have questions you can contact your health plan. If you
