Recent legislation passed by the Indiana General Assembly may
impact where you receive Family Planning Services (such as birth
control and pelvic exams). This does not impact what
services you can receive---there is no change to your benefit. The
Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning is reviewing the legislation
and determining what actions we will need to take to address
providers who may no longer be able to participate in the Medicaid
program. We will continue to provide information to members
on this website as we move forward. If you have questions you
