The Family and Social Services Administration is making changes
to the Medicaid program. Please review the changes outlined below
to determine how they may impact you. After you review this notice,
if you have questions, please contact your health plan. If you do
not have a health plan, please call the member number listed under
Traditional Medicaid.

Eliminated
Effective July 1, 2011, the following service will no longer be
offered:
Targeted Case Management Services
This applies only to the specific service of targeted case
management. All other case management services are not
impacted.
Therapy
Services
Effective June 30, 2011, Physical, Occupational, and Speech
Therapies will no longer be limited to twenty-five
(25) therapy visits for each type of therapy per rolling 12-month
period for members age twenty-one (21) or older.
Prior authorization will be required for physical therapy,
occupational therapy, and speech therapy services for members age
twenty-one or older.
